Risks & disclosures
An honest look at the risks of using Super9MM. Read before depositing.
Super9MM is non-custodial and built with multiple safety layers, but LPing is not risk-free. Please read this before depositing real funds.
Smart-contract risk
Super9MM's Automator contracts and the underlying DEX contracts are software and could contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Super9MM runs an internal audit and testing process, but no audit eliminates risk. Treat any new protocol with caution and start with small amounts.
Market & impermanent-loss risk
Providing liquidity exposes you to impermanent loss and general market risk. Automation manages IL (by keeping you in range and compounding fees) but cannot remove it. You can still end a position down if the market moves hard against you. See Reducing IL.
Keeper liveness risk
Automations are executed by an off-chain keeper. If it's offline or delayed, your positions won't be auto-managed in real time. Your funds remain safe and withdrawable, and you can always act manually — but timely automation is not guaranteed.
Liquidity & slippage risk
On thin or low-volume pools, rebalances and closes can incur meaningful slippage, and the price guard may reject actions more often. Costs can exceed fees on such pools. Prefer liquid pools, especially for tight ranges.
Price-feed / oracle risk
Safety guards rely on the pool's TWAP. Extremely illiquid pools have less reliable TWAPs; pair freshly-created or very thin pools with extra caution.
Deployment status
Check the app and official announcements for the current chains, contract addresses, and audit status. Do not assume a deployment is final or audited; verify before committing significant funds. Features marked roadmap in these docs (e.g. fully-autonomous Scout deployment) are not yet live.
Your responsibility
- You choose the pool, range, direction, and thresholds — Super9MM executes your strategy, it doesn't advise you.
- Nothing here is financial advice. Understand what you're doing and only deposit what you can afford to lose.
- Keep your wallet and keys secure; Super9MM can never recover funds lost to a compromised wallet.
Non-custodial means you hold the keys and the risk. Super9MM can manage your position — it can never take it, and it can never make the market safe.
