Fixes for the most common issues.

"Wrong network" banner / I connected on the wrong chain

Super9MM only operates on supported chains. If you connect on an unsupported one, a banner prompts you to switch — use its Switch to… button, or your wallet's network menu. Super9MM also tries to auto-prompt the switch once; some wallets ignore programmatic switches, so the manual button is the fallback. See Connect your wallet.

The pools list shows "Preview data" or sample pools

That means the live data source (the chain's subgraph) is temporarily unreachable, or your wallet is on a chain without live data configured. Real pools appear once the data source responds. Make sure you're on a supported network.

My position shows "—" instead of a USD value

The price for one of the pair's tokens isn't available yet (loading, or the token isn't priced by the data source). Super9MM shows — rather than a misleading $0. Values fill in when prices resolve.

I armed DCA but nothing happened

DCA opens the position only when price dips to your target. Until then it stays armed and your funds sit idle in the Automator — recoverable anytime via the Manage page. If the dip hasn't occurred, that's expected. See DCA.

My automation didn't fire

Check, in order:

1. Paused? Unpause on the Manage page.
2. Direction policy — an up-only/down-only setting may disallow the move that's needed.
3. Price guard / rate limit — the keeper waits if the TWAP guard would reject the action or the minimum interval hasn't elapsed. On thin/volatile pools this is more common (it's protecting you).
4. Keeper liveness — if the keeper is temporarily offline, actions resume when it's back. You can always act manually meanwhile.

A transaction failed

Common causes: insufficient gas, slippage too tight for current volatility, or a price-guard rejection. Retry; for repeated rebalance failures on a thin pool, consider a wider range or a more liquid pool. See Slippage & safety.

The app looks broken after an update

Hard-refresh your browser (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to clear stale cached assets.

I can't perform actions on the Manage page

Manage actions are owner-only. Connect with the same wallet that created that Automator.
